NEW DEADLINE 19 June 2018!
We are pleased to announce that de Gruyter is sponsoring three cash prizes with a total value of RM2,000 (USD$500) for the best three papers at FLC 2018
Three papers will be selected for the de Gruyter Best Paper Award. The presenters of these papers will not only receive cash prizes but have their papers published in a special issue of the Journal of Modern Languages (https://ejournal.um.edu.my/index.php/JML/index).
Guidelines for submission of full paper for consideration for the de Gruyter Best Paper Award:
This award is ONLY OPEN to participants
• whose abstracts have been accepted for FLC2018, and,
• who have registered for FLC2018 at http://www.flcgroup.net/registration/, and,
• who present their paper at FLC 2018
Submit your full paper (between 5000 to 7000 words) to muradsaeed@um.edu.my by 12 midnight Malaysian time on 14 19 June 2018 with with “FLC 2018 de Gruyter Best Paper Award” in the subject line.
Ensure that your paper adheres to the journal’s style and conventions (see https://ejournal.um.edu.my/index.php/JML/Author_Guidelines) and has not been previously published.
All submissions will be reviewed anonymously.
Winners will be announced at the closing ceremony of FLC 2018.
